Our Story
Lift & Live Support was founded with a simple but powerful belief — every person living with disability deserves support that truly fits their life. Not a one-size-fits-all service, but real, flexible, human care.
Based in St Clair in Western Sydney, we have grown to support participants across the Greater Sydney region and the Central Coast. Our team of qualified support workers shares a genuine commitment to empowering the people they work with.
We are proudly registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and hold ourselves to the highest standards of care, compliance, and conduct.

I've been working as an NDIS support worker since 2019. Before I started Lift & Live, I spent years on the ground — showing up at people's homes, helping them get through their day, figuring out what actually works for them. Not what looks good on paper. What actually works.
That's the part I kept coming back to. A lot of providers say the right things, but when it comes down to it, participants end up with workers who don't know them, don't stick around, or don't really care. I saw it happen too many times, and honestly it bothered me.
"If I wouldn't be happy with the support myself, I'm not sending it to someone else."
So I built Lift & Live around a pretty simple idea: if I wouldn't be happy with the support myself, I'm not sending it to someone else. Every worker we bring on goes through the same question — would I trust this person with my own family? If the answer's no, they don't join us.
I'm not trying to be the biggest provider in Sydney. I want to be the one people don't want to leave. The one where participants know their worker's name, their worker knows their goals, and nobody has to chase anyone up just to get the basics done.
This isn't a side project for me. Supporting people is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Lift & Live is how I'm making sure that happens properly.
